Back on Mountain is a 1.5 Hard Demon created, verified, and published by MaJackO. It is his third level ever created.

Gameplay[]

  • 0-17%: The level starts with a tricky cube section that mainly consists of very difficult jump orb timings.
  • 18-23%: Next, there is a UFO section that requires some significantly easier timings.
  • 24-28%: Following the UFO is a mini-ship section that requires straight flying.
  • 29-33%: Next is a tricky ball segment that requires decent timing skills.
  • 34-41%: Then comes a tricky cube section, in which you need to jump on the hills again. First, you jump from a yellow jump pad, hit the second yellow jump orb, jump off another jump pad, and hit all the yellow jump orbs. Next, you hit another yellow jump orb (not the jump pad). Then, you must change gravity, hit another jump orb, descend the hill without bumping into barely noticeable spikes, and jump into a ball portal.
  • 42-46%: Following this is a ball segment in which the player must consistently hit the pink jump orbs while also constantly going through blue gravity portals. Throughout this section, black and white colors flash constantly in the background. In the end, hit two yellow jump orbs to transition into the next part.
  • 47-52%: Afterward, there is a cube section where you have to jump across ascending pillars with a couple of mirror portals, the last three of which are fake.
  • 53-61%: Next, the player transitions into a tricky mini-ship sequence containing a small handful of yellow, blue, and pink jump orbs that must not be hit, as well as several fairly tight spaces that the player must fly through.
  • 62-74%: Following this, the player enters a cube section and goes through a "mountain" in which the player must jump over a set of small triple spikes and a few gears with spikes on top. Afterward, there is a lengthy auto section with text underneath saying, "OUTO", as the player prepares to exit the "mountain".
  • 75-95%: Next, the player briefly flies up, goes through a hidden blue gravity portal, and falls back down to hit pink jump orbs below a lengthy row of stacked gravity portals. Following this, the player must contend with numerous gravity changes and jump orb-based timings. At 90%, there is a blue jump orb and two overlapping arrows pointing up and to the right. The player must hit the blue jump orb to fall up and deal with a few more jump orb timings, then jump over the blue jump pad and fall up to hit a gravity and mini portal. Upon landing, the player must clear one final spike jump in mini-cube form to transition into the final section.
  • 96-100%: Finally, the player enters one final mini-ball segment with narrow spaces. Immediately after entering the ball portal, switch gravity to dodge saw-blades on the ground, hit the fifth pink jump orb and blue jump orb, and then hit the last two pink jump orbs to make it over a spike. If the player manages to clear this section, the level ends.
