Headrush is a 1.9 Hard Demon created and verified by Toxic. It is a difficult remake of Nine Circles and is also one of the earliest Nine Circles levels created, being one among the first ten.

Description

• 0-9%: Headrush begins with a simple cube sequence with simple jumps, tricky timings and fake spikes and lines.
• 9-18%: Next, the player enters a difficult double-speed ship sequence, where they must carefully time their clicks and straight-fly. The ship sequence features many gravity portals.
• 18-36%: Afterwards, the player enters a reasonably easy ball sequence that requires memorization as there are a few timed jumps, fakes and some trolls. Halfway through, the ball will briefly enter half speed, then normal speed (the same thing repeats), followed by double speed and normal speed.
• 36-45%: Then, the player enters an easy double-speed cube sequence that contains pink pads and some pink orbs, followed by a brief auto part near the end of the cube sequence. Then, the player enters half speed, as there are simple jumps and auto sequences.
• 45-82%: Then, as the song drops, as the triple-speed wave sequence is introduced, which is slightly harder, compared to some Nine Circles levels, due to the gravity, speed and size changes, tight spaces, crucial timing, fake lines, trolls and dual mode.
• 82-100%: Afterwards, the level transitions into a tricky double-speed cube sequence with medium difficulty. This sequence involves timed jumps, orbs and fake linings. Halfway through, the player switches to normal speed, then to half speed. Then, the level ends with the creator's name, TOXIC. However, the player must jump through the 'x' in the creator's name to avoid a hard-to-see spike, which will otherwise result in a very frustrating death at the end of the level.

Trivia

• Headrush previously used to have a password, 159357, but it is now free to copy.
• Headrush contains 12,528 objects and takes 1 minute and 15 seconds to complete.
• Headrush is generally considered as one of the harder Nine Circles remakes, around the difficulty of most known Nine Circles levels such as Classic, Silhouette and Fairydust. However, it is still far from the difficulty levels like Crimson Clutter and Catastrophic.
• Headrush's colour scheme is white/grey, slightly lighter than Poltergeist.
• Headrush was uploaded the same day as Astronaut 13 by Minesap and probably Classic (2 May 2015).
• Headrush had a significant update that changed the drop to the second drop, changed decoration except for the drop, and was verified by MaxiS9. Toxic eventually reverted this update in 2.2.
