MadMansion is a 2.1 Extreme Demon mega-collaboration hosted by MindCap and verified and published by GunnerBones on August 17, 2019. It is a remake of MadHouse as an old 1.9-memory Demon, this remake consists of updated decoration and gameplay.
Gameplay[]
- 0-5% (Turtlebro + EndLevel + Minus): The level starts with a cube section that requires a small amount of timing and a good bit of memory. There are many places where the player must go into hidden pathways within walls. In addition, there is text in a spooky font that says 'This Way', 'Here', and 'Going Up', but none of these is the correct path, tricking the player.
- 5-8% (PokeChatt + Minus): The player is immediately thrown into an orb maze with blue, black, red, and yellow orbs in addition to custom orbs that they must navigate through to enter a double-speed spider part, in which the player must go under the platforms in hidden paths.
- 8-28% (Fragox + RoiMousti + MajkOmar): In this section, the player is a triple-speed mini-robot, navigating another orb maze, but this maze has bouncers as well as orbs. After the small maze, the player enters a quick double-speed mini-cube section that leads to the drop. The song hits the drop as the player is thrown into a fast dual-mini-wave section with tight spaces and fast timings. After the player is back to normal size, there is a fast cube section with confusing gameplay and small orb mazes, as well as some fake spikes in Clubstep monsters that appear. There is a small single-speed cube section at the end of this section. A small half-speed cube section can confuse the player here as the platforms appear and disappear rapidly, but after this, the player enters a triple-speed mini-cube maze of blue orbs that requires precise timings. Next, the player enters a mini-ship part that requires lots of straight-flying and fake orbs that cannot be touched. After this, there is a double-speed swing-copter section and an insanely tight wave segment as the transition.
- 28-35% (Voltex): The player enters a triple-speed cube section and gets thrown into a small orb maze which transitions into a half-speed wave part with a hidden way inside a wall. Next is a triple-speed mini-ship section where the player must go under most of the gameplay to enter a small ball section with a few timings and trick paths.
- 35-43% (Ferox242 + Isane): The player transitions into an insanely difficult triple-speed mini section with numerous orb mazes, trick pathways, and tight spaces. This part requires precise timings as well as having cube, ship, ball, and UFO segments with similar gameplay. There is a small normal-speed cube section with a complicated maze as a transition.
- 43-50% (Rainstorm + Vismuth): In this section, the player enters another small orb maze with dash orbs and speed changes before entering a dual-wave mode with one normal and one mini, which requires some timing. After the wave, the player is launched into a fast-paced ball orb maze before an easy cube transition with some timing.
- 50-56% (Hadeon): This part is entirely a double-speed mini-ship sequence. To pass this section, the player must have skills at straight-flying, as most of the part is very tight and has quite a few gravity switches. The eerie feel of the level is completed in this part with bright flashes and glitch effects.
- 56-64% (Gabs + HelpegasuS): After the player completes the straight-fly ship sequence, they become a single-speed wave that must be navigated through somewhat difficult spaces, with a gravity portal in the middle. The player is then thrown into a quadruple-speed UFO section with many gravity portals. This part then finishes with a short mini-ship section transitioning into the next part.
- 64-73% (Molds + Hadeon): Exiting the mini-ship section, the player enters a brief mini-cube section before entering a triple-speed dual. The part then transitions to a tight UFO section that starts as mini before becoming normal-size.
- 73-78% (MaJackO): This section begins with a half-speed ship section before the player enters several gravity portals with brief speed changes. The part ends with a half-speed wave leading into the next part.
- 78-83% (mbed + Morin): Entering a double-speed mini-ball, the player goes through multiple speed- and size changes before returning to half-speed and traversing a short mini-cube memory section.
- 83-91% (KIlnex + SpadeKILLA): Starting this section is some double-speed mini-ship gameplay that transitions with a few quick memory sections and a speed change, leading to a fast-paced cube maze again, with tricky timings and portal changes.
- 91-99% (Pablohh + Scrumpy): The final part begins with a fairly simple UFO segment that transitions into a double-speed cube section with some fast orb clicks and unexpected timings. After a block at the bottom with Pablohh and Scrumpy's names inside is a short cube maze flinging the player to the bottom of the level. Finally, the player must time their jump to hit a red pad.
- 99-100% (Hadeon): The level ends with 'MadMansion' as the title of the end-screen. The text 'Mad' shakes and shifts due to its horror theme from the level, and the text 'Mansion' has some thorns and two saws all over the text, the whole end-screen is covered with dead bushes and thorns as its forest, the back of the title consists its mansion as the end-screen also contains its land where the mansion belongs.
