XYZ Step Infinity is a 1.6/2.0 Insane Demon created by OrcaSN. As the name implies, it is a buffed version of XYZ Step by Coke, and the gameplay is very similar. It is generally considered to be a Very Hard or Insane Demon, even with some near Extreme Demon parts due to it being very inconsistent in its difficulty between each part.
Gameplay[]
- 0-10%: The level starts with a tricky cube section that features a couple of timings to remember, but nothing too difficult.
- 11-19%: Then the player gets into a ball section with very difficult timings. The player can also hit the second to last blue orb late on the first cube and get into a cube section with difficult timings, but they will crash at 20%.
- 20-29%: The next section is a moderately difficult ship section that switches gravity with slightly tight spaces. There's also a UFO portal the player has avoid near the beginning in order for the section to be much easier, although it is possible to do the section with the UFO.
- 30-39%: The next cube section has way harder timings than the last one, the ones at 30% being nearly frame-perfect. Afterwards is a section where the player has to press late to avoid falling on a platform and crashing into spikes, before an orb spam.
- 40-48%: This ship section has way tighter spaces than the first one, and also has mirror portals while the player switches gravity.
- 49-59%: Next is a ball segment that is mostly based on timings.
- 60-78%: This cube part features jumping over triple spikes and closed-in quadruple spikes, while at times also performing difficult jumps after gravity changes. Next is a dark maze part that has to be fully memorized.
- 79-100%: The next ship section features mostly a black background with obstacles that are hard to see because the background flashes white constantly. The player must follow all arrows until 90%, where there is an extremely tight ship part with gravity changes and a ball portal at the end. Before the ball portal, the player has to fly down and then rise up. After this part, they go through the ball and cube portal and the level ends.
