Zobros was a famous Finnish player, level creator and YouTuber in Geometry Dash. He is best known for creating the level Nine Circles, which became one of the most iconic levels in Geometry Dash history and spawned many levels inspired by it. He also created Acropolis, another popular level that spawned many remakes and inspired levels.
History[]
Zobros started playing Geometry Dash during Update 1.6 when he became interested after seeing his brother playing the game.
Zobros hosted a creator contest, his only one ever, until 30 March 2016.[1] However, the results came out about five months later, on 17 August.[2][3]
At one point, Zobros revealed to his fans that he had intense finger pain, similar to Riot, meaning he was playing Geometry Dash less frequently. In his Creator Contest results video, he said he had to play the auto versions of the contest's level entries due to finger pain.
On 27 June 2016, he uploaded a video named '...,' which explained his inactivity and unwillingness to continue playing Geometry Dash due to his finger pains and boredom with the game.[4] He has since become very inactive.
On 31 May 2018, Zobros released a video showcasing his part in what was then an upcoming Extreme Demon mega-collaboration named Night Rider.[5]
On 23 March 2021, Zobros uploaded a new video revealing his voice and announcing his return to streaming on Twitch.[6] In the video, he also stated that he has no plans to return to Geometry Dash full-time anytime soon, although he may stream it occasionally on his new Twitch channel. He also planned to make a new channel for stream highlights and other activities.
On 20 March 2023, Zobros posted a status comment on his in-game profile saying 'Hello CE.'

- Acropolis (featured) - His hardest level, close to Necropolis difficulty.
- ClubStep Nightmares (featured) - A Clubstep-themed Demon.
- love baba (starred) - A collaboration with Demonico17. Uploaded on April Fools' Day, this level is known for the notorious under-decorated last segment, which contains orbs, monster spam and a quintuple-spike jump, in contrast to the rather detailed design before it. The flying part before the orb spam looks very easy, but it is difficult due to a large moving saw-blade and other hidden obstacles in that region.

Trivia[]
- Zobros always labelled his difficulty-opinion for the Demons he plays compared to other Demons, such as 'Very Easy Demon,' 'Very Hard Demon,' 'Impossible Demon,' and so on.
- Zobros announced on 8 June 2015 that he had tenosynovitis, which affected his ability to play, but in two weeks, he had returned to the game.
- He created a texture pack featuring icons in several shades of grey, a 'backwards seahorse' ship and a red trail.
- His avatar was intentionally poorly drawn with a paint program.
- Some people accused him of hacking because, in his Deadlocked video, the music goes out of sync.[7] It was because he used a 'low-speed bug' in the first wave segment.
- All his Demon and Insane levels have an ironic description: 'Easy.' However, when they contain coins, there is a description of: 'Easy User Coins,' which is identical to GuitarHeroStyles' 'Easy User Coins' series (the exception is Swing Squad, which got the description 'gay ass level').
- When user coins were added in Update 2.0, he added user coins to all his Demon levels except for 8o, Ultimate Demon Mix and ClubStep Nightmares.
- The name of the level love baba came from spambots attacking the Geometry Dash Forum.
- He stated on his profile that he would not play Geometry Dash before love baba got rated, saying, 'I just want another shit level rated.' However, he uploaded a video of Volcanic Rush on 12 September 2016 with love baba still unrated.
- He is a former Geometry Dash Forum admin.
- On 7 January 2019, he uploaded his first video after seven months of a supposed 'New layout,' but it was a prank with the 'You've been gnomed' video.[8]
- He invented the name Zobros when he was just Zob since most sites did not approve of it. He discussed this in his Q&A video.
- He had his joke banner featured in a MrBeast video.[9]
- On 26 August 2015, Zobros was the first player to publish a completion video of Deadlocked; he uploaded the video when Update 2.0 was only out for 30 minutes. [10]
